Our first commercial recipe, a blend of Brazil, Monsoon Malabar from India, and Costa Rica beans in a light to medium roast level. Perfect for milk based options.

A richer blend, combining the smoothness of Monsoon Malabar with a little Jeelan from India, and finished with Costa Rica, for a delicious full bodied crema to arouse the senses. 

A seasonal blend incorporating unique specialty beans as available. The current batch is Brazil, Monsoon Malabar and Sidamo Gr4 from Ethiopia.

A blend incorporating Brazil Mantiqueira from the De Minas region, and Monsoon Malabar Gold, a low density bean with AA grade. Superb crema and spicy body.

A new experiment blend based on Honduras San Marcos SHG - washed process. Combined with Brazil Mantequeira and Ethiopian Sidamo, this is an exquisitely smooth blend with a nice little spice kick. Available now.

Green bean developed with a washed process after being grown at 1300m altitude. Notes of dried fig, caramelised sugar, cocoa finish.

A Grade 4 bean from a natural process grown at 1200-1400m altitude. Notes of blueberry, lemon & cocoa finish.

A high elevation varietal with lots of exciting body, exhibiting plum, dark chocolate and caramel notes.
