Green bean developed with a washed process after being grown at 1300m altitude. Notes of dried fig, caramelised sugar, cocoa finish.
Ethiopia Sidamo Heirloom

A Grade 4 bean from a natural process grown at 1200-1400m altitude. Notes of blueberry, lemon & cocoa finish.
A high elevation varietal with lots of exciting body, exhibiting plum, dark chocolate and caramel notes.

Melbourne International Coffee Expo time
I am away for a week in Melbourne attending a Roasting Summit and the Melbourne International Coffee Expo. I will be coming back with lots of energy and some new roasting theories to try.
Any new Orders will be satisfied week beginning 24 March, but if a lack of Boof-Pa Beans might send you over the edge before then, text me on 0417 203601 and will see if I can sort anything with the limited stock left behind.
