About Us

The Name?

My footy nickname was Boofhead and my grandkids call me Boof-Pa. They think they are my beans 😄  👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Most blends are named after grandkids and family pets.

Unique Coffee Roasts

I am a Canberra Micro Roaster, based at Pialligo, and tailor-make roasts to match requested preferences.

You tell me what style of coffee you prefer and I roast batch profiles and blend recipes to match.

Specialty bean varieties

I source specialty green bean stock from various suppliers and trial small batches (micro roasting) to create exquisite blends and single origin specialty coffee roasts.

Personalised roasts and bag labels

Order a personalised roast or blend from our bean stock or previous tastings.

Price Review

Global Green Bean prices have gone through some very turbulent times over the past 2 years, due in part to supply issues from climatic conditions, some civil unrest and international shipping challenges. Some of my origins have seen cost increases of 30-50% every 6 months.


I have taken the online Shop down temporarily whilst I finalise a price review and look at some alternate origin supply to try and keep my prices manageable.
